Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platinum Detailing website and the mobile detailing services we provide ("Services"). By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Deposits

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm every booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the payment method on file once the service is completed. Prices and add-ons displayed at the time of booking are the prices that apply to that appointment.

2. Service Area and Access

We provide mobile detailing at the address you supply at booking. You are responsible for ensuring we have safe, legal access to the vehicle, a reasonable working area, and access to water and a power outlet unless otherwise arranged. If we cannot perform the service due to access issues, the deposit is forfeited.

3. Vehicle Condition

Pricing assumes a vehicle in average condition for its category. Excessive pet hair, biohazards, heavy mud, paint overspray, or other extreme conditions may require an upcharge or a different service tier. We will notify you and obtain approval before performing additional work.

5. Liability

We take great care with every vehicle. Platinum Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or for damage caused by loose trim, aftermarket parts, or items left in the vehicle. Any claims of damage caused by our work must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Rewards Program

Loyalty points and tier perks are offered as a courtesy and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the rewards program at any time. Points cannot be transferred or sold and may expire if your account is inactive for more than 24 months.

7. Referral Program

Our "Give $10, Get $10" referral program works as follows:

  • The referred friend receives a $10 single-use coupon as soon as a valid referral code is attached to their new account. The coupon may be applied to their first detail and expires 90 days after it is issued.
  • The referring customer receives a $10 single-use coupon only after their referred friend's first detail is completed and paid in full. The coupon expires 90 days after it is issued.
  • Coupons have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be combined with other coupon codes on the same booking. Loyalty points may still be redeemed alongside a referral coupon.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted. Referrals between accounts that share an email address or phone number will be rejected automatically.
  • If a referred booking is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, the corresponding referral reward may be voided and any related coupon deactivated.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time, and to void rewards we reasonably believe were earned through fraud or abuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including photography in the gallery, is owned by Platinum Detailing and may not be copied or republished without written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
