Cancellation & Refund Policy

We hold a time slot just for you, so we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if your plans change.
Deposits
Every booking requires a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. The remaining balance is automatically charged on the saved card once the service is complete.
Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours before your appointment: reschedule for free from your account, as many times as you need.
- Less than 24 hours before: the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, the deposit is forfeited regardless of how much notice is given. If your plans change, please reschedule instead, reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance are always free.
No-Shows and Access Issues
If we arrive at the scheduled time and address and cannot access the vehicle (no one home, gate locked, no parking, no power or water when required), we will wait up to 15 minutes and then treat the appointment as a no-show. The deposit is forfeited and the full balance is not charged.
Weather
Heavy rain, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions may force us to reschedule. If we cancel for weather, we will reach out to move your appointment at no charge and your deposit carries over.
Refunds for Completed Work
We stand behind our work. If something is not right, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to make it right at no additional charge. We do not issue refunds for services that have already been completed.
